Recurent swelling & Pain over gum in relation to upper left cental incisor since 6 months
Diagnose:
X -ray suggestive of periapical cyst measuring 1cm in diameter involving upper left central incisor with improper root canal treatment
Treatment Given :
Re-root canal treament with surgical removal of cyst with apicetomy in uppper left central incisor
